We have three rooms at our property:

• The Queen Room – One queen bed with ensuite bathroom. 
• The Twin/King Room – Two single beds that can be joined to form one king bed with ensuite bathroom.
• The Cozy Room – Small economy room with one queen bed and separate private bathroom across the hall.

Each of these rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. For more detailed room descriptions, please view the room listings with calendar availability below. 

We regularly have single reservations that book 2-3 of our rooms at the same time. Please contact us directly to inquire about pricing for this option.

The indoor common area is equipped with a seating area including a comfortable leather sofa and cozy fireplace, adjacent to a dining area with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker & kettle. In summer months the common area extends out to our garden and patio areas.

Breakfast will be self serve, with options including toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit in the shared common area; along with a wide selection of coffee, tea, juices and snacks available at your convenience.

As we are a small property, cancellations and changes affect us significantly. Therefore, the following will apply to every reservation:

• all cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administration charge per room
• a cancellation with less than 14 days notice is subject to an additional charge of 30% of the full amount of the stay
• a cancellation with less than 3 days notice is subject to an additional charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay

We recommend you secure third party trip cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen changes in your plans. 

Check in time is between 4-6 PM MST. Please contact us if you are unable to check in during this timeframe. We strive to offer flexibility to our guests when travel plans make this check in time challenging. Check out time is 10 AM MST. A late check out may be available for an additional fee, please inquire with us directly.
